Refund policy

We don't do refunds or returns unless you're trading for a different size or we made a mistake.

If there are any problems with your order at all please let us know so we can do our best to make things right.
Mistakes are rare but shit happens, please be nice. E-mailing to mailorder@silversprocket.net is best, and we sometimes look at our Tumblr and FaceBook.

If you want to trade clothing for a different size,
1. Email us first, to make sure we have the item you want in stock, and so we can set it aside for you; mailorder@silversprocket.net
2. Wait for us to write back and confirm that we can do the trade. We will also let you know what it will cost to ship out the replacement (you cover the shipping) - usually about $4
3. Send in the trade, cover the return shipping cost, and we'll send the replacement once we get it
